My Approach

All of my work is tailored to my client's context, culture, and capacity. I partner with mission-driven groups that are ready to assess their assumptions and practices in order to create more impact.

I design and facilitate interactive all-team and small-group exercises that illuminate needs and opportunities for culture change. Creating an environment and experience that enables everyone to share their truths, better understand others' perspectives, and honor others’ lived experiences. 

We go into the process with a series of questions, concerns, and tensions. We leave with shared clarity, aligned actionable plans, and realistic milestones that help teams recalibrate their actions, behaviors, and policies.

This transformative process reignites purpose, builds trust, strengthens relationships, and advances authentic team-led priorities that ensure lasting change.
