My Approach
I coach seasoned and emerging leaders to better streamline their work, strengthen management of direct reports, leverage senior leadership teams, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture. In addition to supporting day-to-day activities, I am a partner and guide in helping to assess and advance authentic and value-driven leadership.

Clarify goals and inclusive strategies for staff and Board retreats

My Format
We start with a six-month engagement that includes:
Either weekly, 50-minute meetings or 2, 90-minute meetings per month
On-call and crisis support throughout
Clear goals with outcomes and indicators of success
Midpoint assessment and refinement of outcomes and roadmap
Throughout, I will share applicable resources, actionable tactics, and transformative techniques
