My Approach

I coach seasoned and emerging leaders to better streamline their work, strengthen management of direct reports, leverage senior leadership teams, and cultivate a thriving organizational culture. In addition to supporting day-to-day activities, I am a partner and guide in helping to assess and advance authentic and value-driven leadership.

  • Develop inclusive, engaging meeting and facilitation skills

  • Refine the design and use of productivity tools (e.g. Slack, scheduling, note taking)

  • Identify and remove bad habits in order to integrate sustainable practices

Make meetings matter

  • Integrate models to ensure clear, productive, and engaging agendas

  • Clarify goals and inclusive strategies for staff and Board retreats

  • Develop peer-to-peer events to build and strengthen clients’ networks

  • Design inspiring and fruitful funder and individual donor events

 

My Format

We start with a six-month engagement that includes:

  • Either weekly, 50-minute meetings or 2, 90-minute meetings per month

  • On-call and crisis support throughout

  • Clear goals with outcomes and indicators of success

  • Midpoint assessment and refinement of outcomes and roadmap

  • Throughout, I will share applicable resources, actionable tactics, and transformative techniques
